Wed Morning

Tuesday Lunch was all bad.. but so tasty.

2 Eggs Sunny side up
2 Pancakes Butter and syrup
2 Pieces of Rye Bread
Some Corn beef hash

Dinner, well I was still pretty ok, so I had half a med popcorn at the movies with the sexy <lj user="jezebelpussycat> Wed Morning 40 Minutes on the Trainer 520 calories 1 Bowl of Oatmeal 1 Orange 1 Liter of water out of my trusty Nalgene Arn't these posts exciting? Have no fear, the ants are comming soon.

Top of the Morn' to ja

So Tuesday, the rest of the day played out like this. Salad for lunch with [info]newman and some pumpernickle bread, and then a bowl of Oatmeal made with light vanilla soy milk for dinner.

Wed Morning.
40 Minutes on the trainer. 520 Calories burned. Breakfast. Bowl of Oatmeal with 2 packets of splenda and an orange.

In the immortal words of the bard…

Yup. So before my workout this morning I jumped on the scale, as I seem to only be able to fit into my “Fat pants” anymore.

Ok. It must be how I eat or something. So, since it seemed to work, I’m making you all suffer through my weight reports. (which rises and falls like the tide apparently)

Morning

35 minutes on the elliptical. Heart Rate average 157. Calories burned 400.

Breakfast:

8 oz bowl of oatmeal and an orange.
